Almond muesli bars

Ingredients

1 cup roasted almonds, chopped
1 cup rolled oats
oat bran
sunflower kernels
plain flour
1 cup dried apricots, diced
1 cup sultanas
60g butter
honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease and line a lamington tin.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped almonds, rolled oats, oat bran, sunflower kernels, flour, apricots and sultanas.
  4. Melt the butter, honey and brown sugar and add to the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in the egg and milk until well combined.
  6. Press mixture into the prepared lamington tin and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut into slices when cooled.
