Frozen cherries

1. Pit the cherries or keep them whole with stems intact. Your choice.
2. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet
3. Freeze until firm, and then place in a bag or container.

Note: Use an icing tip to pit cherries by placing it, point up, on a plate. Gently push the cherry, where the stem meets the fruit, down onto the icing tip until the pip pops out on top.
