Honey almond muesli balls


¼ cup olive oil
½ cup iron bark honey
¼ cup peanut butter
1 cup toasted rolled oats
½ cup wheat germ, toasted
½ cup sesame seeds, toasted
½ cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1 cup whole almond kernels, toasted

  1. Melt oil, honey and peanut butter in fry pan, bring to boil while stirring, turn heat down to low and cook until mixture is a lovely caramel colour.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Press into a tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Refrigerate until set and then roll into balls.
  5. Store in airtight container (if they last long enough!).
