Wholemeal blueberry muffins

Ingredients

2 cups plain flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup wholemeal flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp nutmeg
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs
¼ cup honey
2 cups blueberries
½ – 1 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease 12 large muffin cups.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add butter, eggs, honey, blueberries and milk.
4. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
5. Spoon mixture into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. The muffins will spring back when touched. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing.
